TOURIST Visa Requirements for BRAZIL

o Online Visa Application Form signed in blue ink only - https://formulario-mre.serpro.gov.br/sci/pages/web/pacomPasesWebInicial.jsf
o Original Valid Passport (Handwritten passport is not allowed)
o 2 photographs - 35mm x 45mm, White back ground, Glossy finish, 80% face appearance
o Confirmed Return Ticket
o Covering letter addressed to Consulate General of Brazil, Mumbai
o Original Updated Personal Bank statement of last 3 months with Bank Name, Seal and Signature
o Income tax returns of last 3 years
o For child traveling with one of the parents will have to give an affidavit of Authorization attested and Notarized by Mantralaya which is attached (Minor Authorization form)
o Hotel as per Ticket
o Day to day Schedule
o Yellowfever Certificate

Pax can be called personally for interview, if required by the Consular.
Apart from the above mentioned category visa, please apply for the other category visa from the Embassy in New Delhi.

Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka issued passport to be applied in Mumbai only.

The applicant`s NAME must show up in the Consulate`s bank account. The bank transfer should be made directly from the applicant`s own personal bank account, not from the agent`s account or another third party`s account. Any transfer or deposit method that does not indicate the applicant`s NAME in the Consulate`s bank account is not suitable for the payment of consular fees. If any credit is made without the identification of the applicant by NAME, the service will not be performed and the amount will not be refunded. It`s the applicant`s sole responsibility to ensure that the transfer/payment contain his/her name. Kindly note that is not enough that the applicant`s name appears on the transaction receipt for a payment to be accepted. The applicant`s name must appear in the Consulate`s bank statement.

BUSINESS Visa Requirements for BRAZIL

o Passport with validity of minimum 6 months ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )
o All Old Passports also required
o 2 photos 35mm x 45mm, 80% face appearance, white back ground, glossy finish
o Notarized Original Invitation Letter has to be in English and Portugal language with CNPJ No. mentioned in it (mandatory to submit in both the languages) mentioning that he/she is very much aware of the business clause Norms and Regulations will neither engage in any kind of Technical work out there nor share or receive any sort of Technical knowledge.
o Original covering letter from the Company on Business letterhead addressed to Consulate General of Brazil, Mumbai
o Personal Declaration Letter from the pax addressed to Consulate General of Brazil, Mumbai mentioning that he/she is very much aware of the business clauses, Norms Regulations will neither engage in any kind of Technical work out there, nor share or receive any sort of Technical knowledge (Please see Declaration form attached)
o Personal Bank Statement for lat 06 months updated till date with Minimum Balance of Rs. 1 lacs or above , duly signed and stamped by bank on all pages .
o Salary slips for last 03 months with company stamp and sign.
o Income tax returns of last 3 years
o For child traveling with one of the parents will have to give an affidavit of Authorization attested and Notarized by Mantralaya which is attached (Minor Authorization form)
o Ticket itinerary with atleast 12 working days gap from the submission.
o Day to day Schedule
o Personal Declaration letter (PFA)

Engineers and Software Consultants may be refused Business Visa and ask to apply for Type 5 Visa.
